Don't worry! Relax! It's only the Present Continuous!

We'll do more work on the present continuous as I know some of you found choosing between the present continuous and present simple quite difficult.

Do study the grammar section for 6D at the back of the student's book as well as the practice exercises in section 6D of the workbook.

I've had a look on the Internet for extra practice activities and haven't found much. But here are a couple of games to play when your boss isn't looking.

Actually, in this excercise you have to listen and then fill in the gaps:

Practising Prepositions

This is a really nice interactive game involving mice. Let me know how you do with it.
It's also good for furniture vocab which we've been doing recently.

Here's another preposition exercise but a bit different. It practises 'in', 'at' and 'on'. It's also a bit more difficult but try it anyway. Follow these instructions:
1. click on the link
2. find 'prepositions of place' in the index and click
3. do the activity and then click 'submit'.

And one more from the English File elementary site (which I recommend looking at). This time the game involves an anteater!
